At NIIMBOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart labeling solutions. If your device or accessories do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your NIIMBOT device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all charging cables, manuals, and unused label rolls to ensure a successful return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
